BBC News - New car sales hit the highest level in more than five years
New car sales hit the highest level in September for five and a half years as the latest 63-plate attracted buyers.
The Society for Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT) said 403,136 new cars were registered, a rise of 12.1% on 2012.
Good news for those who prefer bangeromics, lots of nearly new 1/2 price cars to choose from, whilst the mugs fill up on more debt they think their house is paying for.
