    Doubts over North Korea first ski resort opening

    BBC News - Doubts over North Korea first ski resort opening

    10 months It may not be ready yet but that's pretty good going!

    North Korea should rent their workforce for international mega projects... or has that been done?
    Science isn't about why, it's about why not. You ask: why is so much of our science dangerous? I say: why not marry safe science if you love it so much. In fact, why not invent a special safety door that won't hit you in the butt on the way out, because you are fired. - Cave Johnson

    I assume the workers will be tasked carrying in the snow once the work is complete?

      So you can fly to the almost empty Pyongyang airport, where one of the runways may or may not be in operation.

      Then take an airport bus to your hotel n town for the night, which isn't finished;

      Before enduring a bus ride up a muddy track to the ski resorts that isn't finished and doesn't have a ski lift.

        If it is not on time and over budget heads will roll . One thing you can say about North Korean Project managers if their CV says "on time and under budget" they wont be lying

          You missed the bit about being assumed to be a spy and sent to the labour camps.

            Thanks, I suppose you might have the luck to be sentenced to rock carrying duties at the new ski resort, from which you could gain promotion to 'pulling skiers up the hill' duties.

              It'll open on time - the date of opening being the date 'Our Glorious Leader' predicted the first snows would fall on the Blessed Republic of North Korea.

              Later that day 'Our Glorious Leader' will break the downhill speed record by 12.78mph.

              WHY AREN'T YOU CRYING WITH DELIGHT?!?!?!

                Looking at kim jong-il looking at things I think Kim watched the IT Crowd, he's such a dynamic leader because he's wearing womens slacks

                  Kim Jong Un is much more active and enthousiastic in looking at things than his father ever was.

                  See how he gets up close to look at the cockpit of a fighter jet, and how he seems ready to disrobe to enjoy the water slides.
