    This is a transcript of a court Judgement; I can only imagine what the Judge had to read in advance of this case…

            Summary judgement was rejected. So nothing has been decided but the Judge doesn't like the bloke....

              His name was 1st on the document which means he was asking for summary judgement on who owned the 2 items, the Judge dismisses the application in item 50 which means he loses & she gets them

                  No, it means the case goes on to be heard in full, unless he does the sensible thing and cuts his losses. Given that the judge strongly implies that he's submitted dodgy, post-dated documents in support of his claim, he might well not want to have his claim examined in full any more

                    TBH I have not dealt with summary judgements, I was researching concurrent delays & wandered into this one.
