    A new buzzword/methodology?

A job email I just received demands agile & scrum, as well as new-fangled things like OO & UML.

Aside from the likely mess that a combination of UML & Agile engenders (people running waterfall but they have to stand up when they talk about it), I was most intrigued by the requirement for:

    - High Integrity code

Does that mean I have to be of high integrity, or only my code?

That'll be code that does exactly what you want it to do, but becomes so filled with angst it tells the Guardian what it's been doing.
