    Has this been done yet?

Hunt To Get £17m Payout From Hotcourses Sale

Sky News can exclusively reveal that Hotcourses, an education listings service set up by Mr Hunt 17 years ago, is in detailed negotiations about being sold to Inflexion Private Equity, an investment firm, for about £35m.

Mr Hunt is understood to own 49% of Hotcourses, meaning that his shareholding would be worth just over £17m if the takeover is completed.
I don't have any problem with that - is it bad for a successful entrepreneur to go into politics and ditch capitalism for public service while holding on to what they've built for themselves?

I'm sure the Russell Brand types will be very angry.

Wasn't Tony Blair quoted recently saying that MPs should get some real world private sector experience before becoming MPs?

However, a £35m sale of Hotcourses would also cement Mr Hunt's status as one of the most successful entrepreneurs to have forged a parliamentary career in recent times, during a period when politicians are frequently accused of having inadequate experience of the business world.

Presumably they did not say "well done you posh rich people" "well done indeed on being as successful as you" "Now how are the Tories going to enable more people from the full spectrum of backgrounds in the UK to do the same?"

      That will be the day!

Having said that, most of Tony's cabinet members were worth a few bob.

We had this discussion the other day. The opposition aren't exactly short of a few quid either, and Milliband is worth more than you'll win on tonights lottery. Which makes him a bit of a hypocritical **** really. At least Hunt isn't pretending he's not loaded.
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'
