    Nach oder zu?

Which one do I use first? Generally I'll use 'nach' before zu in a sentence but I'm never sure of what when where how or why.

Eine yummy pizza bitte zu mit namen!

    Edit : FTFY

Nach usually is used with places, ie you travel von somewhere nach somewhere.

Zu is used either with the verb to make an infinitive eg zu machen, or used to mean moving toward something ie there and back, hin und zu.

Indeed, similar to the Dutch 'naar' and 'te'.

That makes good sense to me -

So should one use zu Hause or nach Hause?

Zu Hause if you are at home, nach Hause if you are in the act of going to your home.

                FT better FY.

zum = zu dem. Followed by noun form therefore initial capital.

Zum is dative IIRC. Why is this dative?

Edit : It is "to whom" is taking the pizza away, hence dative. Goddit.
