                  A lot of what they're promising would be possible within the UK if only Scottish MPs would help the Conservatives to get majorities where necessary. As well as that, the childcare stuff could have been done already by the Scottish parliament, but it wasn't because the SNP are too busy writing 647 page pipe dreams to actually get round to the business of running Scotland's public services.
