    Any eTOM boffins out there?

    If your customers do forecasting that you review and agree after making sure that you can support the volume of customer orders. Where does this associate on a level 2 eTOM model?

    IMO, not having the full process details, it would sit in CRM - Support and Readiness, in the subset Support Order Handling
