Actually a small local community like that is one time a socialist model is actually sustainable i.e. a commune.

Nothing new, this type of idea has been mooted for years. Try looking at some old USENET post from the late 80's. Actually as Google have all the newsgroups archived then thats probably where they got the idea from, plagiarists...
