    Hey folks! It's glow-in-the-dark time again.

    BBC News - Medical radioactive material truck 'stolen in Mexico'

    The last load of cobalt 60 ended up incorporated into metal furniture etc.

    I wonder where this lot will go.

    An exhaustive 2009 Scripps Howard News Service investigation found that even without deliberate release, "Thousands of everyday products and materials containing radioactive metals such as shovels, airline parts, tableware and furniture are surfacing across the U.S. and around the world."

    Radioactive metal from China contaminated EKCO brand cheese graters;

    Brazilian radioactive metal was used in La-Z-Boy recliners (Editor's note: None of the recliners ever left a warehouse.);

    radioactive metal from India contaminated purses, chain link fencing and Otis Elevator buttons.

    In 2012, Bed Bath & Beyond "recalled tissue holders made in lndia that were contaminated with radioactive cobalt-60 and shipped to 200 stores in 20 states."

    Petco recalled cobalt-60 contaminated bowls that were shipped to three distribution centers and to stores in 16 states.

        Only if you get bitten by a radioactive animal or insect.
