Who does Graze make money off?

Virtually everyone I know has tried the Graze free box / trial for £1 / whatever but nobody I know subscribes to them. Even considering they must sell a bunch of boxes to people who forget to cancel their subscription in time... you'd think they make a loss on most people who try it only for the freebies.

They make money off those that forget to cancel the subscription.

In short, people like my wife.

Yesh but that gets one or two boxes sold after the loss-leader. Their business would only be sustainable if people choose to keep a subscription, they'd run out of people otherwise.

I think it's a great idea, it's just overpriced for my tastes.

Did you get the free Porridge trial as well?

I have a graze box every weekday and a breakfast one once a week.
It is pretty good and no more expensive that the lunch van.

The only Graze I've heard of is this one

Well worth a visit if you're ever in Bath...

Used to subscribe, their olives are great and dried fruit are the best I've ever had.
