"Natural" cure for a blinding headache ?

Getting worse by the minute ( sitting in front of the computer probably not helping!)

I take medication every 4 hours so cannot take anything with Ibruprofen, Co-Codamol or Paracetamol in it. Aspirin just won't cut it.

Had it since about 07:00hrs.
Have tried

• Lying in dark room
• Hot bath in low light
• Tiger balm rubbed into temples
• Eye mask

Any other (sensible) ideas ?
Excluding :
Sex - i'm single, and even if I "phone a friend" I think my head will fall off with the strenuous activity !
Alcohol - Doesn't mix with the meds

Some old wives tales/remedies do work so if someone has one that does i'd be willing to give it a try..........

Thanks so much - looked it up but can't take it. Reacts adversely with two of my meds. Appreciate the suggestion.
