Better name for The Liberal Democrats?

    Democrats????

Of all the major parties, none are more contemptuous of the majority opinions of the British people. Opposed to any vote on the EU, totally dismissive of majority concerns on immigration or human rights legislation. True they pushed for a referendum on voting reform but only when they thought would have benefited, not out of a general concern for better democracy, as their killing off of an attempt to make our parliamentary boundaries more representative indicated.

    How about The Illiberal Despots?
    Or the Total *s Party.

What about the Unemployables? Would you give one of them a job? I hope they've been tapping up Lembit for tips on unemployment for after the 2015 General Election.

Not that one? What about the "Used car salesmen"? The lies they told in their run up to the 2010 General Election have been exposed quite bluntly now that you've bought the goods and half the Parliamentary Party are quite enjoying their ministerial jobs and perks.

"The New Democrats" - may as well follow the TV series. Though maybe "The Freedom Party" is a better name.

Damn right. At that point the Tories should have ditched them and called a snap election. They're screwed anyway so why not?
