    not what i needed

Sodding roof is now leaking through the bedroom ceiling.

Thanks a bunch Santa, some ******* awesome presents this year!
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

Bugger, (pardon the awful pun) it never rains, but it pours.

Fortunately your home insurers will be geared up for this sort of thing and should give you the nod over the phone to get emergency repairs done to avoid further damage, then fix it properly. Odds are they will have suitable companies on a list to call for that.

Ah mate, puts my evening of adventure into perspective. Hope nothing too badly damaged. As TM said, get on to the insurers. If no insurers then send the Mrs up into the loft, might just be a roof tile out of place... Had much wind up your way?

yay an in bedroom shower !

Just think of the time you will save, an extra 10 minutes in bed.

seriously sorry to hear, last time that happened to me the ceiling fell in, my companion for the night wasn't impressed.

Insurance was good though. got the bedroom redecorated.

Luckily we're renting, so it's landlords problem.

I can see a few bits of roof in the garden.
