If like me you treat your body like a temple, it's about this time of year one thinks about paying your penance to the exercise gods.
Also if like me you always give 110% you'll probably go for the full 30min kettlebell workout and 200 sit-ups.
I find out today this was unwise.
I recommend if you've been off the exercise for a bit, start out with something a tad lighter, like a brisk walk to the greenhouse.
Otherwise you end up walking around like the tin man with diabolical haemorrhoids.
