House price inflation is falling, which is not the same as house prices falling.

I don't know why I bother

The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

House prices are rising while the net worth of your salary/rate is decreasing due to the artifically depressed government set inflation rate.
