exchanged yesterday. sold in june! a nightmare process with a large chain but we are almost there now. prices and rates are on the up - glad we've done it before the next property rush begins in earnest.

This fantasy 9.6% rise in prices in the last year. I have three houses in three locations and none of those jumped 10%. The whole thing is skewed.

Around London it's rising like normal, perhaps that is skewing the figures
Socialism is inseparably interwoven with totalitarianism and the abject worship of the state.

No Socialist Government conducting the entire life and industry of the country could afford to allow free, sharp, or violently-worded expressions of public discontent.

You should have bought 'em in Wandsworth or overnight stay hotel near Bridgewater...

You don't know what your houses are worth until you try and sell them anyway. When we bought last year, it was very difficult to figure out the house values on this street as no house had sold in the last two years and since the development was built in 2005, there have probably only been a dozen resales from 50 properties.
