Who is working for the army?

Failed IT scheme costs Army £6.7m, Hammond says

Seems like a nice little earner

They could have spent that money asking the Americans to fire on the enemy instead of us.

It is part of a £1.3bn project to streamline recruitment, which is almost two years behind schedule.

The Recruitment Partnering Project system, run by outsourcing firm Capita, will not be fully operational until "early next year".
How difficult can it be? OK I know their recruitment process is quite specialised, but that's once the candidates have been for their first interview. Isn't there an off the shelf application that can handle it?

Of course if it was a real crisis they'd have hired Suity by now.

        Crapita again, quelle surprise

Why oh why do they keep going back to these large overpriced consultancies, even for small projects?

If you could hold out for a cushy directorship after retiring from being an MP, wouldn't you award contracts to overpriced consultancies ?
Socialism is inseparably interwoven with totalitarianism and the abject worship of the state.

No Socialist Government conducting the entire life and industry of the country could afford to allow free, sharp, or violently-worded expressions of public discontent.

Dear candidate - to process your application you must answer one question correctly. Do you want to die in a pool of your own blood having beeen shot - probably by the Americans?

                  How hard is that?
