Day 98: Stuck in the airlock

    Swipes security card.

    Green light.

    Outer door opens.

    Enters pod.

    Outer door closes.

Waits for inner door to open.....
Waits for inner door to open....

20 minutes of standing looking like a cryogenically frozen extra.

At least I didn't drop me guts this time though (seurity settings)

I had that experience as a child at Sizewell B - though only for a few minutes. Got me worried though.

That happened to me at Pure Gym once. Traumatised me so much I couldn't go back.

wtf? Unless you were naked in reception or forced to eat the other people in the lift that seems like an overeaction.

Wife & 3 kids got stuck in a lift for 30 mins at our eldest school, we just laughed it off. I just tell everyone it as the time she was actually late for an appointment.

In fairness I think the gym itself caused the trauma, the door was just an excuse to never go back!

I shared a lift with Suity. Worst 30 seconds of my life.

Seriously? Why? What purpose do they serve other than adding to your frustrations and stress levels? (couldn't link to your vid btw - don't have flash).

I used to work at a place that had these. Used to take 10-15 minutes just to get in some mornings - especially if you timed your arrival to coincide with that of the bus.

                    Mindnumbing, tortuous experience.
