WTF is it with these people ?

Get a phone call (from a bobette), who launched into a speech about having a perm TM gig in London. I'm a perfect fit according to my CV, other than not having had a perm job since 1993 and being nowhere near London. I cut her short and tell her I'm not interested. I hang up and ten mins later she phones again. I do the same again.

I then get 4 emails about 2 mins apart, one telling me what a great company Crapgemini is, one telling me about the job, one telling me about the financial package and one telling me to call her back immediately or there would be a risk I'd "miss out"

Bunch of annoying 'c words'.

Had the same a couple of years back. Only looked interest because it was really local (5 minutes walk albeit you would need to take you live in your hands at one point).

Never heard a word back but having spent years dealing with them I know its because the managers take one look at the CV and think nah he knows what he's doing and we don't want that.

The latter was always referred to as 'Accidenture' anywhere I've been.
