            Nearly 3 out 4 are obese in some towns? Is that a typo? That's horrendous.

              What's this based on? NHS data? Nobody has measured me.

              Maybe it's a hidden smartphone app which assesses finger pudgyness.

                    If I were a betting man, I'd be willing to put down a wod that many of the people in those towns do not prepare their own meals.

                    From my own point of view ever since I stopped working in an clients 9-5 office, I lost weight and feel much healthier these days.
