George Osborne somehow has engineered this as a short-term measure for peak votes in 2015.

If that turns out to be true then Miliband will have trouble touting the cost of living crisis, if Osborne can show that the wages are coming out of the woods too.

The two Eds are planning a two-pronged attack:

1. Wages haven't kept up with the cost of living

2. The increased growth is flaky, only being due to increased household spending

Have my doubts about this recovery too

But current economic forecasts have the UK with a higher growth rate than Germany next year. Which isn't too bad really.
