    Suity no-mates

The friend cull of 2014 continues. Had a blazing row with my mate last night. Culminated in me telling him to get knotted. Hate rows.

Two sides to every story and all that, but I don't like getting ripped off. Agree a price and stick to it. Every time we spoke the price had notched up £5 or £10. Until I had it out with him. It was originally this price, and in a mere 3 weeks it's crept up to this price. Why? What is the justification?

    Boom. Up it went.

Simple rule. Never mix business with friends and if you have to clearly differentiate both activities and be prepared to lose the friend...

I don't see why the two can't be mixed. If you're mates it should be easier to treat each other with respect, agree a price and stick to it. It should also be easier to resolve differences. As grown ups.

Every time you spoke, he charged you more?

Looks like you finally got the hint, he doesn't want to be friends!

              Mate of mine like that.

Managed to do something(!) so that loads or porn pop-ups came up with IE. Phoned me in a panic to come and sort it out before his mrs saw it. Went down spent an hour deleting tulipe, clearing malware, viruses out.

He runs his own business. Week later asked him to do something for me (key cutting) which costs him 10p in materials, but he gets to charge £5. Do it for £4 for you he says. WTF!

Maybe his wife lost weight between the original offer and the moment of delivery?
And what exactly is wrong with an "ad hominem" argument? Dodgy Agent, 16-5-2014

So you had one friend, who was actually your drug dealer, and now he's put up the price of weed and you have none.

                  Oh dear.
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

Well that's fine because for a mere £20 you'll forget to mentiion the porn to his missus.
Actually, make that £50. Piss taker.
