Late payments a problem for you?..

Hey guys, i'm new here (so be gentle!).

Just looking to see what effects late payments have on your business... In particular:

    1) As a freelancer/contractor, when do you get paid by the client? What are your invoice terms?

    2) Do clients ever impose payment terms on you?

    3) In terms of cash-flow, are late payments ever an issue?

    4) Is chasing payments (credit control) ever an issue for you as a freelancer?

    5) Do you currently use any methods of credit to cover cash-flow issues caused by long/late payment? (I.e. Overdrafts, credit cards, a loan facility)

Cheers guys, looking forward to your thoughts & feedback!

Who are you when you're at home and why should I tell you?

'Please be gentle' and then asking intrusive questions without so much as an introduction - pfft....

Lets get to know you first before we put out.

Have you ever seen a grown man naked?

He's obviously a client who doesn't want to pay his contractors.

Please answer some questions for us first.

                1) Do you like films about gladiators?

                2) When did you last bleed your radiators?

                3) Have you ever licked the chutney spoon, then put it back?

                4) Have you been taken up the oxo tower?

                5) Have you been to Bridgwater?
