    Rise in crime is due to elimating risks in everyday life

    I just heard Professor Heinz Wolf on the radio. He says that a society that tries to eliminate risks from children's and young adults' lives will have an increase in crime and antisocial behaviour.

    Have we gone too far with eliminating risks?
