recommend a DIY home security kit with motion detection/camera and phone alerts ?

Can anyone recommend a good DIY home security kit with motion detection/camera and phone alerts ? looking on Amazon.co.uk I can't see a system that both captures video with motion AND phones you immediately when it detects an intruder, would be nice if I could download images remotely once I knew that an intrusion was in progress.... they could just nick the hard drive once they entered the property.

My situation is that I am in a new rented apartment in a European capital (not London so it must work abroad) and I don't trust the landlady much or her son (or previous tenants), they have entered without my permission before and I am not happy about it.....

    thanks in advance.

Wouldn't you do better to find a new flat?
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'
