In what court is an argument based on identify going to be heard?

Even still would you want 1.5 million Scottish expats voting on future Westminster governments?

My identify is not under threat. However the living standards of folks in Scotland are seriously in question. The level of poverty that exists in Scotland is shameful for the 21st century. If that's going to change people living there need to make decisions not that ones that have already left for a better life.
