    Arse kicking coming in 10.. 9.... 8....

Reading their site.. which isn't easy with the yellow on white links..

Our approach is unique. We don’t just provide industry standard accounting services – we help you ensure the complete financial wellbeing of your business. We are your FD for a fixed monthly fee that offers incredible value for money.
    How is that unique?

Direct payment of VAT and PAYE/NIC to HMRC from collected funds

Payment of collected funds direct to your company's bank account

Payment of a specific corporation tax reserve to a segregated bank account
Isn't one of these where Mr Upton made his money?

No company information on the front page but it can be found on the T&C's. Do a quick company check on the company mentioned though. The finance figures look a tad, erm, not so good...

    £28,523 Cash
    £-15,320 Net Worth
    £54,579 Assets
    £19,899 Liabilities

I would be checking that out very carefully!!

    Site looks ok though.

Why exactly do you think it is a ponzy[sic] scheme?
