    Subcontracting

    Hello,

I have the possibility to subcontract someone. I already have the job and it will be for 12months. I have a ltd company and the subcontractor also has one. Obviously, I will be taking a cut on the subcontractors daily rate.

My cut would be upwards of 200£/day

What do I need to consider before doing this?

PS: sorry if this topic has been asked many times already but i've tried using the search engine without much luck (or with very technical explanations).

    thanks

Someone's getting fleeced, or the rate that the client is paying is fantastic.

Never mind that. You look lovely!
If UKIP are the answer, then it must have been a very stupid question.

I've subcontracted work I was paid $60/hr for at $15/hr before, but I adjusted the number of hours billed i.e only bill 1 hour for every 2 I was billed for.
