    Pi and X

Anyone using their raspberyy pi over x? Was thinking of hooking mine up and driving it from windows so I can play with it from my bed. What is a good windows X server? Cygwin or xming?

ubuntu & VNC or RDP if you are a windows pervert like me.

    part of the standard install.

Not sure how much faster X would be.

I use xming for the GUI from windows but I mostly use the command line so just putty or ssh in.

this was the RDP so its X based just has a nice windows client.

Connect to Ubuntu 12.04 (Precise Pangolin) via Windows Remote Desktop

Don't forget the TPS and some TLC.

If the SCC won't let you be, simly add some more TLAs to the NFT. After, all, the TFM says you need some RESP and some ECT.

                Nerds.

sorry should we have socialised that and stated our objectives whilst pushing the envelope?

We know what we are talking about, I'm still trying to find more than a few in the business that do.
