Any advice on the following?
A few weeks ago, I got one of those cards posted through the door saying that the post office were holding a letter for me, as it did not have enough postage.
I went to the post office and asked to see said item. It was the renewal contract from the agency. I thought - not paying £1.05 for this, give it back, the PO will return it and the agency can send it again with the correct postage. (there was no hurry for it anyway). I also asked them to weigh it, just to see how much it was overweight - 4 f***ing grams.
At this point, the cow behind the counter started getting a bit sarcy about the whole thing, so I remonstrated with her about the whole thing being a rip off.
To cut a long story short, just found out from the agency that she returned the letter to them, with some personal comments added that I was very cheeky, "fired" the letter back at her (dunno how through a glass screen mind), and that if she was them, she wouldn't offer me a job. Obviously read the whole thing
Is this:
a) Legal?
b) In any way moral?
What should I do?
