    A house for AtW

Don't know the area mind, but:

    A large double garage.
Huge amount of land for horizontal expansion
A bungalow, so vertical expansion possible
    No neighbours nearby

4 bedroom bungalow for sale in Love Lane, Hollywood, Birmingham, B47
    Hard Brexit now!

I've decided to wait a bit and get something like this -

8 bedroom detached house for sale in Westbourne Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham, B15, B15

Then we can have CUK pool party

      This time next year...

Looks quite nice - what's the catch Sas? It's not like you to be helpful.

For £500k outside town, and not in the south, you'd damn well hope for something very nice though. That's serious money if you're not in a property hotspot.

              .
              No catch.
If my budget was about £500K in Brum, that's the sort of thing I would be looking at, with a view to changing/extended it to my taste as and when I wanted.
The large flat garden and secluded location allows for that.
Allow say £250K for building and expansion costs and you could transform it into a > 1 million house quite easily.

It's a nice area that as well. I used to work in Wythall just down the road.
