    Resumes

I have 90 to review for 5 new positions(3 perm/2 contract). I am of the opinion that US contractors are fooking useless. The resumes you get.

America does not use contractors they way we do. There a contractor is someone just about OK (say Suity) who really wants a permie job but isn't good enough.

Here you are only a permie if you aren't good enough to be a contractor...

Either way play eenie meenie miney mo and bin 30% of them of straightaway. You don't want unlucky people working for you....

Agreed. Contracting in the US is seen as a bit of a failure to be honest. Texas Suity would kick ass here.

Who cares how it's seen? What are the rates like?
And what exactly is wrong with an "ad hominem" argument? Dodgy Agent, 16-5-2014
