    House hunting?

Someone has just pointed me towards 5 bedroom house for sale in Bayham Street, Camden, NW1 through Foxtons (Property for sale) which is a bargain at a mere £1.65m

This is Bob Cratchit's house in Camden Town, whence he carried Tiny Tim on his shoulders... A place where 160 years ago it was "as shabby, dingy, damp and mean a neighborhood as one would desire to see."

At over £1000 per sq ft it does not look like a bargain to me

No such thing as a bargain in the property market - why would anyone sell under market value in a booming market?
        Hard Brexit now!

So all you need to do is raise £1.65m and a pot(seeing as you don't have one of those either)

It wouldn't be my choice of location. If I was to live anywhere in London it would be barbican or Neal gardens

For a quick sale to a cash buyer?

But in today's London property market it would have to be pretty nippy, and only a tad under market value!

London market is bonkers at the moment. The cash is just flowing in from somewhere.

Have you noticed, the ensuite? it's actually just a shower in the bedroom. WTF?
