I have no title for this

Yes perhaps but I think that time of my life has come and gone. My life is now too stable and apathetic, a daily treadmill to nowhere - so when something out of the ordinary comes up it shakes the foundations I thought were so safe and so right. She's come to work here, thinks what a nice home I have, what a comfortable life I have, looking at my beautiful kids playing in the garden, looking at my perfect life. I'm thinking I want to get out of here.

It's midday, the sun is shining. I offer her lunch, she refuses. I make it for her anyway and she eats. It's like no one's ever done anything for her.

But we carry on. I can't leave. I suppose, we make our own demons.

    Have you found a cat?

What he's going to have sex with his own daughter and then bury her and some lodgers in the basement?

Sounds like you need a hobby - something to spark the passion again. I recommend a bike - with the aim of a Lejog in a year or two.
