    Supplements for vision?

Does anybody take any supplements to delay vision problems or am I the only deluded?

I've been taking good quality Bilberry extract for 2 years but it's not going any better.

In particular my near vision is fekced. I need to travel with 3 pair of glasses (near, distant and computer). Imagine the face of younger colleagues/manager/clients.

Vision problems that can be corrected by lenses cannot be improved by supplements.

You suppose to have told him some grapefruit homoeopathic remedy would improve his vision or simply just buy some snake oil.

Extremely unlikely your vision is impaired by malnutrition. What does the optician say?

I've been wearing single focal glasses for 20 years and have only just started having issues with close distances (<0.5m) so computer work is still fine. I've been recommended varifocals next.

              Really? And it actually works?

              Thanks. I'll get some.

By the way, it's also good for:
              • Asthma
              • Eczema (atopic dermatitis)
              • Lowering cholesterol.
              • Hardening of the arteries (atherosclerosis).
              • Preventing cancer.
              • Weight loss.
              • Psoriasis.
              • Muscle fatigue.
              • Promoting hair growth.
              • Toning the skin.
              • Reducing acne and oily skin.
              • Treating headaches.
              • Stress.
              • Depression.
              • Infections.
              • Digestive complaints in people with eczema.
              • Yeast infections (as a vaginal douche).
              • Other conditions.

It doesn't work in every case you have to believe.

My trusted optuagenarian optician warned against varifocal because of bad peripheral visions.

The optician at high street stores are sales puppets and therefore I don't tend to trust them that much.

I guess at one point I'd have to go through the varifocal route.
