If you can afford to eat rubbish then it's your choice to do so.

      Because he's a fat ****.

      Edit: Or perhaps it's why he's a fat ****.

What utter tripe. Stop eating meat and a healthy diet costs very little indeed.

Nah fried chicken and chips for 99p is much cheaper than healthy cr*p. Also the "meat" from Iceland is very cheap.

Where do you get chicken & chips for 99p and how much? I bet you can buy more calories for a quid at your local greengrocer or even Tesco.

Low carb high fat (LCHF) similar to the paleo diet is the way forward.

In London especially near secondary schools there are lots of fried chicken places who have special daytime deals.

Yeah but you have to cook it. If you are on a prepayment meter you aren't going to cook a load of pototoes or whatever.

Plus unhealthy food has loads of fat and salt in them which tastes nice to people especially when they work in a sh*t job.

I am actually encouraged to eat pies as the pastry is very energy dense and helps me keep weight on. I'm actually having a pork pie as we speak. It seems cancer isn't all bad
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'
