Just arrived yesterday morning. The good stuff. Everybody speaks English, sort of. My dear bourbon biscuits how I've missed thee. Recognising food stuff, salted butter mmm. Er that's about it so far. The bad stuff:

My flight arriving at the same time as a Virgin bucket holiday from Florida. OmG! People are seriously overweight. I'm standing only for about an hour in passport control queue with a coat buttoned up whilst I gaze near and far to every other overweight person with an oversized t-shirt & shorts. NHS time bomb before me. The chap in front of me grumpy as, with breathing difficulties. Ugh.

Just in time to see the league title return to Manchester. Excellent.

If you are going to pretend to be a jet setter than at least try to emulate MF. Pretend you are going somewhere nice - in this case arriving at Slough would have been a step up. Pretend you are just deciding how many swans wings to eat and how there are supermodels in the queue with you.

And never mind that the "me! me! me! me! me!" threads are really irritating.
