So far today I've had

4 muffins toasted with pate
2 croissants, some salami and some cheese
A fry up (2 eggs, 2 sausage, 2 bacon)
2 pork pies with coleslaw and a couple of slices of ham on the side
A coronation chicken salad
1/4 large bar of chocolate

Why am I still peckish? I'm going to run out of food at this rate.

I have had a graze box, 2 cups of tea, a cup of coffee, a herbal tea, 2 pints of water and trained for 30 minutes at lunchtime.

I am not going to lie ... I am a little hungry ... but I am trying to drop down another few pounds to 13 stone or so :(

For me, fish pie, chips, garden peas, beans, tomatoes and some unidentified greenery from the salad bar, and bread and butter pudding and custard, all from clientco's free canteen.

Must have saved hundreds of pounds since I started here, and I get a healthy meal each day :smokin

It's an art form in the canteen here, plenty of eggs and raisins, and done just right :D

I would vastly prefer your lunch to mine!

However, I have a bet with Mrs MUN to get a visible 6 pack (abs, not beer unfortunately) by July!

Muesli

Scotch Broth + toast

Fat free Yoghurt + tsp of honey.

coffee until 1pm

Tea with skimmed milk rest of the day.

Cereal,
2 Rice Cakes with low fat cheese, ham, tomato and chives
Plate of Chicken+Salad and a slice of bread
4 cups of proper coffee.
1 Can diet cola.

Thinking about what to cook for diner tonight. Choice is somewhat limited as we haven't been food shopping.

4 pieces home cured streaky, 2 eggs and fried bread
Some crab sticks

Might do a prawn hot and sour soup for tea as I couldn't get any whole trout at the market today and I think I have the ingredients in the fridge to put that together.

The illness usually makes it go the other way, I'm supposed to be feeling sick all the time and struggling to swallow. Perhaps it's the pills they give me for that which are making me so hungry...
