Bringing a bit of a buzz back to London's high streets

A swarm of bees has been found on the shopfront of a store in London's Victoria St. Beekeepers were sent in and recovered them to safety.
Could this be a new marketing strategy by Boris to bring back the buzz to London's shopping? Or yet another dig at UKIP, saying that that party leaves a sting in its tail (tails)?

Maybe all the empty shops (and most of the pointless multitude of mobile phone and charity shops) should be bulldozed and filled with wildlife. A few lions roaming free in the shopping mall would make the whole shopping process much less boring.
