"The tax plans are one of a series of proposals made by Mr Redwood’s group yesterday to encourage trade and investment links between India and the UK."

Right idea, wrong reasons and it's not policy yet either.

"A Conservative spokesman said that the idea would be considered but was not party policy. "

The Conservatives' postion on tax is surreal.
By not saying they will cut taxes, they're implying that they're perfectly happy with Gordon Brown setting taxation levels ad infinitum.

That's because of the brain washing of the electorate from the Nu Lie

Tax Cuts = Less "investment" in Public Services

True, V, but surely the Conservatives should start educating the public, and expose that as the lie it is?

If you think the Conservatives are going to save you, you are in for a big dissapointment.

The only long term solution is to join the 10M Brits looking to relocate abroad to a better quality of life.

Alternativly relocate to the Isle of Man, or the Channel Islands ( if they'll let you in).

Taxes are not going to go down in any appreciable amount no matter who is in government.

Yeah possibly. Although the big downside of relocating abroad is all the blinkin' foreigners.
