    I think the placard in the picture at the top of the article sums it up. Boris is "Fracking Bonkers".

    PS. The Crown owns all mineral rights in the UK. The Government operates a licensing system on the Crown's behalf to permit companies to extract them.

              The more important question is whether households should be able to block extraction of oil and gas under their property. Giving them a share is not so much the issue as long as they're not allowed to get in the way.
              Will work inside IR35. Or for food.
