Good to have you back DA, and in fact I never realised you were gone. How long were you banned for?

I too have experienced that impotent feeling of logging onto the forum and seeing a blank screen with the word "Banned" on it, and nothing else. Most dis-satisfying.
It is sad when political correctness causes you to always have to think before you post, in case you offend this person, that person, this group, that religion. It's taken the colour right out of it.

Political correctness is what people whose parents instilled them with manners call being polite.

You don't insult people just because they are different from you, and you don't tell stories claiming they are true.

I'm not sure "season" is all inclusive, what about those (delicate wallflowers) that feel kinda "out of season" right now, at this very minute?

          They might be real offended

If I catch a woman shoplifting then I will define her as such when describing the perpetrator to the police and if I think my country is being over run by immigrants then I will define those immigrants by whatever country they come from. So F**k off

I tend to read all of the main online newspapers except The Mirror and they are all biased in their own way. Some on both sides are fairly sensible, I like The DT and The Guardian.

Quite why the Mail is always picked on and not the Express I am not sure, The Express is never about anything else but EU "Remoaners" and immigration. If there's a rape or murder story, it's always by an asylum seeker or illegal immigrant and that's usually stated in the headline. Crime coverage in the Mail is much more balanced.

I see no reason why people should not post links to anything, apart from extremist sites. There is too much of this dismissal just because it's from the Mail or whatever. That does not make it wrong.

PS I liked the DT while it was free anyway!

Not Dodgy's first banning. That's why it was 7 days. The ban was because I suspected that he was either indulging a tendency to racism and xenophobia, or trolling.

Dodgy PM'd me on his return and stated that he was being deliberately inflammatory in his post. He has thus confirmed my suspicion, and the validity of the banning.

Since he is a recruitment consultant, should we expect anything other than invention of "facts", prevarication, misrepresentation and downright falsehood?

When it comes to newsworthiness, I agree that the Mail is better than the Express.
Down with racism. Long live miscegenation!

For the record I made a post about an EU official's daughter being raped and killed by a refugee who happens to be a 17 year old child. My point was that when lawmakers and politicians make decisions they usually impact on other people whilst they basically don't give a sh*t beyond the fact that it makes them look virtuous. This incident will have forced them to face the consequences of their own actions. Politicians who make decisions never do the assimilating of migrants on their own street and within their own neighbourhoods. What they do is proceed to dump problems on the poorer sections of society who they then call thick and selfish when they bite back and vote for things like Brexit.

How would these politicians feel if for once they themselves were made to pay the price for their own policies?. I made the point mistakenly thinking that the refugee in question had not been vetted yet before I had time to retract this bit about not even checking backgrounds of refugees I was banned on the basis of trolling, bigotry and racism. The little creep who did this then added the smear that there may have been other factors contributing to the decision to ban me that he preferred not to go into. If there are "other factors" then I would like to hear them.

My post was neither racist, trolling nor bigoted. I am sure the snivelling little coward used all three "crimes" in the hope that all of you could identify with at least one.

There are I know more important things than CUK (I am sure given time I could come up with one) but NAT (nastyanallyretentivetwat)'s behaviour is emblematic of the tyranny of people with power (parallels with the EU) who when faced with being challenged and unable to argue their corner (it is called bigotry by the way) resort to controlling the flow and content of information.

For other news I have sacked the bloke called Forumbore for misrepresenting me (it is good that he has been permanently banned). He wasn't running any desk just doing errands on behalf of contractors and my real team. He also said I was selling my business which is nonsense - so I fired him
Funny, I thought you were banned for being so phenomenally stupid as to suggest a 17 year old from a region that's been a war zone for more than 10 years could possibly be vetted
I think NATs mistake was to think no one could be so dense and therefore to conclude you were trolling.
And THAT was quite silly of him.
                  Hard Brexit now!

Those who are lucky enough to have parents who have taught them good manners have also been taught by them to call a spade a spade, where appropriate, and to not let restraints on conversation prevent them from defending themselves and their culture. There's no good being polite to someone who's trying to attack you.

You mean those from outside the EU whom the Tory government could have controlled the numbers off?

And go boil your head, preferably both.
