As you were, it won't be paid for by Brexit after all. They are just going to increase taxes.

So who were the tax and spend mob again?

      throw good money after bad.

Yeah because the NHS is underfunded and superbly efficient lets throw more cash at it rather than reform it.

But the researchers — John Appleby, chief economist at the Nuffield Trust, and Ben Gershlick, economics analyst at the Health Foundation — found that a new definition of health spending adopted by the OECD suggests that the UK actually spent above both the EU-15 and the OECD averages, as a percentage of GDP, in 2014.
We pay more for the NHS but they can get a same day appointment in France.

for 1 Million expats we get charged 10 times as much as we charge for 5 million plus EU citizens.

They showed that the UK paid just over £630million to European Economic Area countries which include the EU, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, along with Switzerland, in 2016-17.

The UK claimed back just under £66.5milion in respect of NHS treatment of those countries' nationals, a discrepancy of nearly £564million or some £11milion a week.

The biggest gaps were with France, Ireland and Spain who between them received £551million from the UK for treating Britons but paid the NHS only £28million for treating their nationals.
so we have complete control over medical tourism.

        Simple to understand terms:

We're proposing to fund the big purple bit (Health 18.9%) with saving made on the tiny violet bit (EU net payments 0.42%). So where is the rest coming from?
Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

Rather disingenuous - the "increase" will be funded in part by the "Brexit Dividend" and increased taxation.

“In part”, lol. That’s 0.02p taken care of, out of a negative number. Who’s funding the other 19.99 billion? Certainly not the overseas-based Brexiters....

              Who’s calling who disingenuous?
