No deal brexit to cost 100,000 jobs...

    ...in Germany.

France will be next hardest hit with the loss of 50,000 jobs, with extensive job losses in Ireland and Malta.

Brexiters. Pleased that someone (no matter their nationality) may be losing their jobs.

(See if you can spot the difference between identifying that jobs may be lost and warning that this is a stupid thing to do, and identifying that jobs may be lost and crowing about it and wanting to continue with it)

      Not really.

Just trying to bring some balance to the force/forum - there seems to have been an awful lot of rejoicing from many members of this forum when an article about Brexit would imply that the UK is going to the dogs.

CEO: Original, I understand your project is a complete, mindless disaster. What have you got to say for yourself?
Original: Ah well, my close friend Sean McPoster-Boy has a project which is also in a mess.
CEO: Oh, well that's alright then. Fancy a rate rise?

If I were still a PM - and had actually failed to deliver a project you may have a point.

But I am not and I haven't so you don't.

I am quite looking forward to 29th March - think we need to party in the streets!

Just for you, because reading and comprehension don't appear to be your strong suit:

The problem you have is that it isn't in the news in Germany, no-one gives a sh*t about Brexit.

                I'm alright Jack

In the last downturn due to the German laws on short time working that allows companies to cut hours, no-one lost their job.

Brexit will have less of an impact than the last recession.

So a prediction of 15,000 jobs lost in the German car industry alone in the event of no-deal Brexit will not be a problem in the father land.
