Nope, not yet but he did insult all of Britain:
How can you insult a country?

Who do you think would be offended by what he has said there? Do you feel he's wrong in that assertion?

Existence of the likes of Boris anywhere other than a circus is the abuse of democracy

He's insulted numerous countries, numerous times and by doing so he has insulted the citizens of that country and no, he's not wrong.

Boris on the people of the Commonwealth, 2002: "It is said that the Queen has come to love the Commonwealth, partly because it supplies her with regular cheering crowds of flag-waving piccaninnies."

"Rod Liddle recalls that when he and Johnson went to Uganda, Johnson cheerily remarked to the Swedish Unicef workers and their black driver: 'Right, let's go and look at some more piccaninnies.'"

Boris on Uganda, 2002: "If left to their own devices, the natives would rely on nothing but the instant carbohydrate gratification of the plantain."

Boris on Tony Blair's visit to the Congo, 2002: "No doubt the AK47s will fall silent and the pangas will stop their hacking of human flesh, and the tribal warrirors will all break out in watermelon smiles to see the big white chief."

In 2006 Johnson claimed Turkey should be allowed to join the EU, telling a BBC documentary: "What are we saying if we perpetually keep Turkey out of the European Union just because it's Muslim? It sends out the worst possible signal to moderates in the Islamic world, saying that we can't incorprate such a country." however...Johnson won £1,000 in a Spectator offensive poetry competition for an entry which rhymed "Ankara" with "wankerer". The same poem suggested Turkish president Recep Tayyip Erdoğan had lost his virginity to a goat.

Boris on South Africa, 2003: "The minority tyranny of apartheid... followed by the majority tyranny of black rule."
And of course as today is 30 years after Hillsborough: https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-england-19589039
Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

Oh really, the guy who helped create the polarisation suggests that Proper Brexit (whatever that is) is the cure?

Great man with a great future. He could be the man to sort out this mess caused by the Government and the pro remain houses of parliament. We could still have a proper Brexit if this great man can get in and sort out some of these chaps.

You say that, and our generation may believe that, but I fear the world has changed and 'celebrity' is a career option these days. And a lot of them make a hell of a lot more money than we do! How long will this career option be viable is hard to say as technology changes so quickly, but whilst there is a market to follow the lives of celebs there will be people out there willing to make their lives open to all in order to make a living.

I dunno. I think there should be a Love Island TV programme with over 50s as the "celebs"
