Chickens don't have arses, they have "vents", or cloaca.

              1. Your claims about the US are proven as rubbish
              2. Your claims about the UK being prevented from adopting better practices by the EU are rubbish

The only way you can say "It's not rubbish" is if you mean the evidence provided by me and others that contradicts your blind hatred, rather than your posts.

US has a ban on the use of ionophores as an animal feed additive.

I'll reqote the following from one of the links you so kindly provided that proves the Americans don't allow antibiotic contaminated chicken into the food human chain

"Even if a chicken is given antibiotics in the course of its life to treat or prevent disease, the bird must go through a withdrawal time before leaving the farm"

No it doesn't. I've provided several links so far,
Here's another one that says it doesn't:
FDA Guidance 209, 213 and VFD Educational Material - Animal Health Institute

Please provide a link that says that the US has a ban on the use of ionophores.

That is 100% different from having a ban on antibiotics being used in the raising of poultry.

You can move the goalposts all you want, but to say that the US has a ban on antibiotics is FALSE.
