And, as anyone who's been to Africa or Asia recently, knows full well, the UK could quadruple its carbon emissions and it wouldn't make the slightest difference. Cutting emissions to zero might shut the kids up for about 5 mins, but that's about it.His heart is in the right place - shame we can't say the same about his brain... -

Don't rush to answer. Try thinking about it first..........if you are capable that is.

Why does China have so much pollution? Is it because greedy people want to buy the cheapest possible products, and don’t care about the environmental and labour costs?

Why not do your own research instead of hysterically and piously vaporing all the time?
If it makes you feel better to trudge along to Waitrose with a hessian carrier to buy your Quinoa and Lentils then so be it.
And you might want to stop making fanciful assumptions about what other people do or do not do. You have zero idea of that, and by jumping to conclusions as you seem so prone to do, you just make yourself look stupid.
An activity which, on your part, needs no enhancement.

But don't let that wobble your high horse for you.

And then WTFH said "by always blaming others, nothing will be done"
