There is a group of people, mainly inadequate white men, who are angry at the advances made by groups, such as ethnic minorities, gay people and women, against an historic backdrop of oppression (e.g. segregation, criminalization of gay sex and lack of criminalisation of marital rape). Some of these angry people create memes such as the one you posted.

                      He's failed to get elected as an MP in the UK. I didn't mention his election to the European Parliament.
