It's not "Taking back control" it's not about peace and prosperity. It's about selfishness Little Englanders.

Perhaps the *flakes will understand it better: Advising you that a hard border in Ireland could well restart The Troubles is what should be called a "trigger warning".

Can't wait to see Fromage don his khakis and head to the front line of Armagh bandit country. He'll quickly claim bone spurs or that he's too old/busy.

In the EU referendum, the majority of voters within Northern Ireland voted to remain, as did Scotland. I feel it would be easier if we put in place a referendum in Northern Ireland whereby the residents of Northern Ireland can now vote to stay in the EU or Stay in the UK, the same for Scotland.

The majority of London boroughs voted to remain as well.
Should London be allowed to vote to see if it wants to stay in England the UK or stay in the EU?

Because you seem to forget, we had a referendum and leave won.

But now you don't like the idea of coming up with a solution, so you just say "let's break up the UK into those that want to leave and those that want to remain, and give everyone a second referendum to decide"

So you want to hold the remainers in London as part of England, but you're happy to hive off other parts of the UK where it suits?

Is it England that decides whether parts of the UK can have a 2nd referendum or not, or is it the local assembly that makes that decision?

Are you, in fact, Boris Johnson/Neil Fromage?

I'm happy for them to make a hard choice. Stay within the UK and have a hard border with Ireland or leave the UK and have a hard border with the UK.

Until of course suitable treaties are in place that make a hard border obsolete.

Do you have an alternative suggestion?

Yes. Accept the Withdrawal Agreement, leave the EU, and spend the transition period moving towards EFTA.

Not a bad start. What is in the WA that certain MPs are objecting to?

No idea. Something about it not being Brexity enough (if they’re in the ERG) or too Brexity (if they’re Remainers).

    Schroedinger’s Withdrawal Agreement.
